Cabling

I need to run some speaker cables along and up a plasterboard wall. Is there an easy way to attach them to the wall ( apart from sticky tape)? Don't really need to hide them.

You could just buy some trunking from B&Q. this has a self adhesive backing and makes a nice neat job for not very much money.
