Question Full Audio/Video System for Home

I am looking to have a central distribution of two zones running Component Video and Dolby 7.1 Audio. Also, 5 other zones incorporating S-Video with Stereo Audio with a final zone incorporating Stereo Audio only.

Does anyone have any ideas how this can be accomplished?
I haven't seen one single unit that can accomplish all of this at this quality.

Will I have to use a combination of amps? how would I handle the multi-zone facility (1 source more than one zone)? Can a PC be configured to control these amps if I use several for the zones in question?

I am also considering utilising 4-6 sources all PC based on a network. Ideally incorporating the PC network, I would like to use Bluetooth from a handheld PC to control all zones and the sources.

Any comments/feedback would be great!
