where to get wall face plates / wall plates?

I'm looking for some faceplates for my house as its getting rewired.

I'm looking for the double socket sized ones with the hole in the middle and the brush bristles covering the hole for pulling cables through?

Anyone suggest where I can get these from.

(also looking for some twin hdmi face plates but seen these already on ebay etc)
