Electric Black out blinds

Hi, Just thought I'd share a bit of information that I have found, I was on here a while ago looking for an affordable electric blind to finish off my attempt at a home cinema.
I wanted to finish the room off with a bit of class LOL anyway I was struggling hard wired systems were expensive and there would be wires going down my walls so eventually some one put me onto a company that do made to measure battery operated black out roller blinds, i sent them my measurments and chose a fabric, now this cost me only hundreds of pounds and not thousands as i have been quoted for 2 windows. to be honest i wasnt expecting amazing results i am realistinc and to get full blackout you need side channels and boxs and things but they arrived after 7 days made to my sizes they told me to put them outside the window recess as this would give better black out qualities rather than inside but i suppose you can do either, you do get a bit of light seeping around the edges but not enough to bother you. anyway they were battery operated and the battery sits behind the blind so you don;t see it and the motor is in the tube so you don't see that, i got a 1 remote for both blinds and went to fit them, there was only 4 screws per blind and had them up in less than an hour, i then set about programming them, i found it pretty easy and have got them working indivdually and as a pair so i press 1 button and both the blinds come down or go up. definetly finishes my project and another remote to play with, the shop were really quick and helpful and they did say if i had any problems programming they would talk me though it over the phone, the quality is very good somfy motors and remote which i hear is very good in the blind world good fabric that you really can't see through, these were fantastic value when i compare it to some of the quotes i had and some of the gear that i have brought, hopefully the batteries should last a while the shop tell me they last between a year and 18 months but we shall see, i will let you now how they go, i will put the link for the shop below and when i spoke to them they sent me a youtube link of one of there battery blinds to see it work before i brought let me know if anyone else gets one.

cheers
