Advice/suggestions/Help required for my new planned home cinema set up...

Hi all... I'm relatively new to this and was planning on setting up my own home cinema when I move apartment. This is what I'm thinking so far - given that I'm on a bit of a constrained budget also... Would appreciate your advice on good controllers/light/blind integration etc....:

Bought my TV: PAnasonic 50 inch Plasma X10 model
Amp: Harman KArdon AVR 255

Plan to mount the TV on the wall, and get the plug socket moved from corner of room to where the tv will be so i can just plug it in behind the (Extendable) mount.

The HDMI cable from the TV I plan to get chased into the wall.

Plan to buy KEF 2005 speakers (5.1 system) and get the speakers on stands (front and rears) and put the centre channel on the stand.

Plug in MAcmini (via DVI to HDMI converter and optical out for audio into HArman Amp) and Blu ray player via HDMI into HArman Amp.

THEN... re the linkage of the whole room: Intend to buy a Logitech HArmony 1000/1100 touch screen remote control and with regards to lighting (here's where I could do with some advice) I've seen some remote control Lutron Rania light switch (all I need/ want really is a remote control switch which can dim all the recessed halogen lights in my room) and then plan to get some remote control blackout roller blinds (c. £300 including motor and remote) and then should presumably be able to program a macro in the Logitech remote which would switch on tv, amp, hit play on the Blu ray/dvd and dim lights and shut the blinds?

What are peoples thoughts? I think the end budget for this would be quite reasonable and provides a decent home cinema set up with integration/automation....

TV: 700
Amp: 350
Stand: 100
Speaker Stands: 120
Speakers: 600

Blu Ray: 150
Lutron Light switch with remote: 200
Blinds: 300

Logitech remote: 300

Installation/decoration: 500

Would really appreciaet people's thoughts /advice. Especially on the integration of the lighting/blinds with the rest of the kit - I don't really want to get involved in getting everything rewired - so the cheapest/easiest to install "straight out of the box" type package appeals to me the most...
