Lightbulb Lounge Conversion - Inspiration needed plz

Hi all,
I have been trawling through the completed projects gallery for a few weeks now and lurking around the forums, but am still looking for some inspiration and advice on what would be the best option for me. I will start with the current kit I have already which im quite happy with and cannot afford to change anyway
---------------------------------------------
Kit
Sanyo PLV-Z5 Projector
Saphire 92" 16:9 screen (manual pull down)
Denon AVR-1909
KEF KHT-3005SE 5.1 surround with Sub complete kit + 2 stands
Xbox 360
PS3
HTPC (or work in progress )
---------------------------------------------
My house is a 3 storey 'Town house', so unfortunately I have neighbours either side, however the sound insulation is pretty good as its only 9years old.
My current setup is in a dedicated cinema room on the ground floor, dimensions W102" x L132" x H93" or W260cm x L335cm x H 236cm

---------------------------------------------
I was currently thinking on moving this all upstairs to the lounge as its alot more comfortable and a larger room. Having a dedicated room is nice, but it does get a bit warm/stuffy down there in the summer as the door has to be closed to, to see the screen. In the winter its very cold down there too, hence the idea to take advantage of the lounge.
The Lounge dimensions are W125" x L179" x H93" or W318cm x L455cm x H236cm... some pics below panning to the right of the room

The Projector screen will be on this wall ^, not sure what to do with the TV. Cant afford a LCD, plus hardly ever use the TV anyway.
All the films would move to the rear wall with the same shelves potentially. PC and table chair would be gone.

Projector will be mounted on the rear wall, was thinking on one of these
Vogels EPW6565
---------------------------------------------
I am currently turning a 23U coms rack into a media rack, spraying it black at the moment, so the plan is to incorporate this into the design.

And for blackout blinds I was thinking on getting some more of these to replace the wooden blinds, as they work really well.

---------------------------------------------
Its really a blank canvas on that front wall and im looking for some inspiration from the seasoned DIYers on here
1) I was contemplating a false wall as the box in the right corner is for the down pipes, so might as well jet the wall out to come flush with that, ive got the space. But a full wall 3m long would look a bit odd I feel.
2) Then theres the false chimney breast look?? but havent got the LCD focal point there.
3) The small flat false wall with back lighting perhaps? again no focal point, usually a TV, could pop a picture on it I suppose

The other concerns are the sound, its a laminte floor so noise might be an issue, and with a room that size would the KEFs cope ok, as they are quite small, but very good speakers?, and if I dont do anything at the front I have the problem of where to mount my center speaker, the 2 fronts could go on the stands, and the 2 rears can sit on the wall then....
Im really looking for some ideas from people on what you would do
I appreaciate it will be personal preference, and believe me im very picky about that sort of thing, so ill be making my own mind up in the end ultimately, just need a few starters really.

Cheers

Re: Lounge Conversion - Inspiration needed plz

Well I have decided on the lighting at least, Big Thanks to MitsiTurbos thread for the inspiration, loving the lighting trough!!
Here we go...
Also to dclayton for the idea with the LED strips, didnt even contemplate that
Floating wall of a Million Colours

Just getting some quotes in now for the LED Strips, like the fact that they are lower power consumpution, also dont run as hot so less likely to burn my house down Plus can be dimmed and colour change with a nifty remote.

Going to move all the surround sound kit up to the lounge today to see how it will sound, as that is going to be the decider in this whole project...
