Arrow My Fireplace Replacement

Wanted to share my recent project to replace our fireplace with a media install.

We luckily have our chimney on the other side of the lounge wall, which is inside the garage.
Made it very easy to relocate all cables etc in the garage and feed into the back of the new false chimney breast.

Must admit, the building work was beyond my capabilities! The excellent work was done by a local builder/joiner (happy to pass on details if anyone in the wirral/cheshire area interested)

Setup is a HTPC running Windows7 MC, Virgin V+, Yamaha YSP-600 and Samsung 40" LCD.
Blue lights are powered by the PC, using a remote control molex adapter - so can switch on and off from sofa.

Been up and running for 1 day, happy so far!
