Red face Making most of what I got !

Well I would love to spend as much as some and also the luxury to have the dosh for someone to do it for me

I have had a few days off so decided to just go for it. I have had to really think about the design as I wanted everything in it. A lot of my gear is either second hand or sourced as cheap as I could.

Anyway this is what I am aiming for. However these pics are not to scale yet. Scaled ones are 50% complete.

Re: Making most of what I got !

1st problem was that my house although solid 1960's has a chimney running down the middle of the house! So one roof ladder etc later ...

So took this down into the loft and down into the bedroom

Next step the living room. This shot shows what the system looked like before with my kit in the fireplace

Re: Making most of what I got !

...and progress at 7pm tonight, with the miss's still cleaning up as I type this

Next step is to make good to all the holes I have created. Replace floor boards etc and start running all the cables between the room. Finalise my design to scale. Move electric sockets then start the main build
