3.5mm jack to RCA

Anyone made one??

I havent ordered one and don't want to pay £4 for shipping for something that costs 99p

Which bit is which??

Does the shaft of the plug attach to the outer ring on the RCA and the tip to the centre pin??

Yes, the tip of the 3.5 mm plug goes to the centre pin of the RCA(Phono) connnector and the shaft to the outer ring.

If it's a stereo 3.5mm plug then the tip goes to one centre pin, the ring to the other centre pin and the shaft to both outer rings.

If you don't want to make one and you have a local Maplin store they sell an adaptor for 99p and you won't have to pay postage.
(Product Code is RW04E).

They also do ready made leads.
