Hi all

My current set-up is a KEF Eggs KHT 2005.2 kit with a Gemini 2 Sub, and a Denon 1906 amp. Due to moving house and a baby i want to get rid of the rear speakers due to all the wires. If i simply disconnect the rear speakers from the amp, will my system automatically work as a 3.1 system (or am i better with removing the central speaker as well and just having 2.1) or will i have to make changes on my amp settings, and if so how?

Your amp will have various settings if you just want to use two speakers set it to stereo and it will produce front left and right and essentially a phantom image in the middle.
