Angry Image truncated- BoseV20 Amp with Panasonic BD60 player and PTAX100E Prj

I have recently installed a new panasonic BD60 Blue Ray DVD player with a new Bose V20 Home Theatre system.
I connect BD60 to my panansonic PTAX-100E projector via HDMI via a Bose V20 home theare system amp,

When I bring up on screen menu for BD60 for play Viera You-Tube etc the output on screen is truncated.
I have tried various screen settings on both the projector and the player but this does not fix image cuts along the edges.
Changing standard menu level image settings (like 16:9, V-Fit, H-Fit, Zoom etc) or lens of projector justs makes images smaller or larger or strectch but the truncation remains.

Please help on what I should try next
