| Re: help please
The Samsung system has one optical input. I couldn't see any mention of analogue audio inputs (red/white RCA connections) on pricerunner but I'm sure it will have.
To share this optical input, you will need a 3 way manual optical switch. Connect each source with optical output to the switch, then run another optical cable to the optical input on the Samsung system. I'm pretty sure your TV has optical out but I wouldn't bother connecting the audio up as you will more than likely use Sky+HD for the majority of the TV viewing.
The PC will be entirely dependent on the sound card or motherboard audio ouptuts. You will need to check what it has.
To summarise:
PS3 to TV via HDMI (for video)
PS3 to switch via optical (set to optical output in sound settings and bitstream)
Sky+HD to TV via HDMI (will carry both audio and video. Turn TV volume down when using the Samsung system)
Sky+HD to switch via optical (set to DOLBY D under optical output in sound settings menu)
Switch to ht-x720gt via optical
Audiovisualonline should be able to sort you out with both an optical switch and fisual pro optical cables (£5 each).
