Fujitsu P42XHA58EBb + QED Qsync

Ive bought a Fujitsu P42XHA58EBb Plasma, this has no scart input for my Sky+ box, so Ive bought a QED q-sync converter to convert RGB scart to 15pin PC input, but Ive tryed various things and cant get the two to work together. Am I missing a trick or are the two incompatable?

Is your Sky box set to RGB? Go the picture settings and ensure it is set to RGB, 16:9 and SCART Control - ON.

What signal is output by the converter? What signal is accepted by the TV on the VGA input? Check the manuals.

I checked the manuals and settings for both and as far as I can see, they should be compatable. But cant get a signal into the tv.
