Help needed setting up REL Q200E sub

Anybody to help please. Have bought a used REL Q200E sub which I would like to integrate into my system. have the DENON 2309 and KefiQ5 front, kef Koda 7 back and Kef 6 centre. Should one connect both the Hi level and Low level inputs on the sub. I don't have the Neutrik Speakon High level Interconnect cable. Should I aquire one??? What would be the correct settings on the sub-- mode and filter settings. I have done the denon setup with the microphone for using the Yamaha sub. Should I redo the setup for the REL sub or could one use the same settings. I am totally confused-- help please!!!!

The recommended starting point is to set the crossover at 80hz and your speakers at 80hz. Set the crossover on the sub at max and the gain at a suitable level (1/2 to 2/3 but adjust as necessary). You should really run the setup again. Simply connect from the amp's sub pre-out to the Left low level input.
