Where to get trunking for speaker cable

Can any one tell me where to get conduit/trunking for my surround speakers.

I can get 16mmx10mm at Screwfix Self-Adhesive Trunking 10 x 16mm - Screwfix.com, Where the Trade Buys, but is there anywhere to get smaller trunking, say 10mmx100mm?

I want to keep the cabling as neat as possible. The 16x10 will do if I can't get anything smaller.

bnQ has a few different styles, check out there site, i got some white D trunking from there

Ikea sell trunking in their lighting section that is quite cheap. I have used a bit of it in my set up.

Had a look at TLC and they had 11mmx8mm but were looking over £40 delivery for a £13 order.

Googled the trunking they had and got this instead:

Trading Depot - Self Adhesive Mini Trunking 11mm x 8mm x 3m

Only £20 delivered for 15 meters.
