I am getting a cellar

My wife and I will be hopefully moving into our new hoise in June, it is a victorian end terrace with 2 large chamber cellars. The cellars seem to be really dry ( they are currently being used for storage). There is a concrete base and the ceiling has been plastered. The walls are brick so need lining, not sure whether to dry line or tank. Obviously one of these chambers will be accomodating my home cinema/games room. The ceiling is about 6.5 foot and the chambers are more or less square. I have made a few searches on the net for advice but so far results are scant. Any advice or suggestions would be gratefully accepted. I read somewhere about 'unsquaring' the back wall to increase the sound quality-what does that mean and how do I do it ???
I am thinking of mounting my 7.1 KEF 2005 s on the ceiling..Is this a good idea???
Also if anyone knows of anybody who does cellar conversions in the midlands I would be interested to get a quote.
