Building a Home Cinema

Hi guys.
Thinking of building a nice little extension on the side of the house. Probably about the size of a garage. No windows and only one door (which would be knock through from the front room) So only three wall to be built. Any ideas as to how much it would roughly cost (just to build the shell as I'd soundproof and deck it out myself.

TIA

Pete

Pete,
Did something similar last year ( with a kitchen extension as well.....got to keep her indoors happy!!!) also had a window in mine. This makes it a little difficult to give you a price but would guess you would be looking at the £10k mark plus or minus £3k depending on the area you live in, type of roof you have, and who you get to do the work etc etc.
