Sky HD/PS3 Connectivity between rooms?

Hi everyone, Having been inspired by some of the brilliant setups on this forum i'm in the middle getting rooms plastered and equipment ready for my own av setup.

Anyway, I'm looking for the best solution to connect a signal from Sky HD, PS3 and xbox 360 to other rooms (or at least one other). I bought some Cat5e cable for a simple run of connecting 2 LCD tv's to a Sky HD box before they flippin got rid of the extra component output on the back of the older boxes so I need to know if this is still any use.

I'm unsure if you can send the PS3 signal with cat5 or even it can be used through face plates then attached to hdmi. Also would it be worth looking into hdmi switcher boxes.

If any experts can give me their opinion/suggestions it would be appreciated.

Thanks
