Covering up exterior entry hole?

I am taking 3 ethernet cables from my home hub and connecting them to the exterior wall and into a bedroom on the first floor.

From the outside I need a cover which will go over the entrance hole (which will be made watertight) and also a plate for the inside. The inside plate will ideally be one which looks like a normal socket but has brushes on which allow cables to pass.

At the momement I cannot find either cover online, any help finding these would be great!

Most folk just make their own, I think, I did anyway. All you need is a "data grid" face plate Igot mine from the internet switch store, a letter box draft excluder from B&Q or somewhere similar, some super glue and a hack saw (for the draft excluder brush).

Still it would look even neater if you bought some RJ45 data grid modules for the data grid plates IMO probably cost similar too.
