Advice with wall plates

Have just moved into a newbuild flat which has a wallplate in the living room with 2 sat connections, 1 tv male socket, 1 dab female socket and 2 unnamed tv/radio female type sockets. Then there is a aerial point midway up the wall to service a wall-mounted lcd/plasma and another one in the main bedroom.

I haven't had my tvs delivered yet so can't test but does anyone know if property developers these days connect all the aerial points to the roof aerial or is it likely that I will have to return the signal through one of the unnamed sockets in the living room? (assuming that is what they are there for).
