My room project

Hey guys will me starting getting my room into shape in January some time. Probably Gonna be a slow process as I'm only 17 and my dad going to be doing most of the work.

Heres a picture of what It's (meant) gonna look like.

Let me know on your opinions please :D.
And if you see any improvements dont hesitate to say.

Finally having :

KDL-40W4500
HT-SS1300
PS3
Computer Through Tele
Bed
Sofa
New Wardrobe
Also want a Harmony control

Computer (no hdmi adapter yet)

The room at the moment is bright blue and white haha.
Atm I got a old double bed, built in wardrobe (home made to tide me over), 32" television to tide me over till Jan time. And a cheap computer desk for my computer.

Edit: Will get pictures of the room soon. (It's messy mind) hehe

From the picture at least, the screen looks too high.

You'd be much better off with the middle of the screen being at around eye level if at all possible.

Ahh I see, where would centre go then and lower front speakers to centre of tv still?

Edit: Plan 2 is with television lower and a bit of the floating wall chopped. Opinions please

Yeah exactly, i'd keep everything the same relative to position of the screen, just lower it all down so that you get the middle of the screen as close to eye level as you can.

Not only will that make it far more comfortable to watch it should sound a lot better too i'd have thought.
