Hi all

I am about to venture into my first build of a dedicated Cinema Room and need some help please?

The room will be used only as a cinema room

The room is 11ft wide by 13ft long

It is currently painted white

The Projector i am thinking of getting is a Sony VPL-HW10

The screen will be a motorised screen to drop from the ceiling.

My question is what is the best colour to paint the room walls and ceiling to obtain the best environment for a dedicated cinema room?

I went for a dark brown from crown. Looks pretty good and is as good as black when the lights are off:
