Surge Protected Wall Sockets

I'm in the process of renovating my house, and require a number of the wall sockets to the surge protected. Such as the ones supplying the fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, as well as the sockets that supply all my expensive AV equipment.
I don't have a great deal of room behind any of the equipment (the fridge freezer is an American style one and already sticks out more than the kitchen units, so I don't want it sticking out more than it already is.
Therefore I really want the wall sockets to be flush mounted into the wall, but I can't seem to find any surge protected flush mount wall sockets anywhere

To give you an idea of what I'm after, something like in the link below would be perfect, but these don't protect against power surges.
Volex 2G DP RCD Skt - Screwfix.com, Where the Trade Buys

Does anyone know where I can get what I'm after as I'm at a bit of a loss
