One of the issues with these proprietry systems is they are sold as a solution to everything you ever need...This is unfortunate as its rarely true. YOu will loose functionality the lexcom systems uses pairs of cable 4 pairs in total 2 are used for data one for phone one for normal TV to send HDMI over Cat5/6 you need 8 pairs or 2 cables another option would be component video over 4 pairs or the whole Lexcom cable using this in the central location
Manufacturers of Video Switches, Routers and Extenders. or the new SNX888 You should go back to your original installer for advice. (but i guess you did it yourself?)
If we can help more drop us a line. But i doubt your going to be able to get this working at HD with Lexcom cabling. 2 Cat5 and 2 coax is much more flexible and no more expensive....
