Distributing A/V Around house

I am getting an extension built in my house which will involve works in all rooms. Whilst doing this I would like to address a problem we have with our aerial and install a A/V distribution system within the house.

Set up:
Cinema Room (Sky HD, Popcorn Hour A110, Xbox etc)
Lounge (Sky HD)
Kitchen
4 x Bedrooms

I would like to be able to watch sky+ in each of the rooms and also be able to watch the other equiptment that is in the Cinema room. We also have CCTV recorder in the loft which can output to analogue Coax which I would like to be able to view on all tvs.

I was thinking of installing a new aerial in loft and a Loftbox distribution box. The aerial could be fed to the two sky boxes and have a return coming from one of the sky boxes (probably one in cinema room) going back to the loftbox. I was going to connect the CCTV recorder to the loftbox and then connect the outputs from loftbox to all of the tvs (including cinema room one).

Would this work? Could I control the sky box in cinema room using magic eyes? Also, could I send the signal from Popcorn Hour A110 and xbox up the same cable as the output from the Sky Box?

If this was to work, I plan on asking electrician to install the following cable runs:
Cinema Room - 2 x Sky coax cable, 1 x coax from loftbox, 1 x coax input to loftbox
Lounge - 2 x sky coax cable, 1 x coax from loft box
Kitchen & 4 bedrooms - 1 x coax from loftbox.

One last question, how could I transmit DAB radio to each of the tv points? Would my proposal allow this?

Is there any alternative to achieve what I would like to do?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Distributing A/V Around house

That all sounds ok although I would double up on you cables that you think you would want a satellite box at.

We have just done two properties with a full IRS Satellite distribution system. One smaller one in MK with up to 4 rooms of Sky+ reception.

The other was for Freesat HD reception in all rooms, that was a 24 port system!

Your idea in using a Loftbox type system is fine and by using something like a TV-Link+ kit or something from BlueDelta should allow you to control the other sources from any of the rooms.
