Dimmable LED Ropelight - is it possible?

As the thread title says, is this possible? Or possible and really expensive?

I would love to use LEDs on my floating wall but I am a bit hesitant because I am not sure what the brightness will be like so dimmable is the solution I am thinking of.

Timc3 - yes it is possible - I've just done it with those very same lights. They come with a plug attachment - I just cut the plug off and got a spark to wire them into a standard dimmer switch.
