Help please Rope Lighting by Remote?

Hi Everyone, I was wondering what the best way to remotely control the rope lighting supplied by TLC Direct would be please? I'm looking for part numbers and the idea behind how to do it,

Thanks in advance,

Mike.

Hi

I have remote controlled my ropelight (from TLC, thanks Groove!!) using the home easy range from B&Q, just buy a remote socket and a small controller and away you go. Works perfectly for me.

Hi still using the same range just hard wire the lights into a spur (if possible!) and buy a dimmable lightswitch and bobs your uncle!!

Re: Help please Rope Lighting by Remote?

Get a Varilight dimmer (also from TLC) and control it with their remote or use a Harmony remote (or similar). That's what I've just done and it works a treat.
