Do I need an airgap around LCD?

Planning to hang 46" LCD inside stud wall which I want to fill with plenty of acoustic insulation. Do I need to allow airgap (top/bottom/all round) and if so, how much please? If that has already been answered, please point me to right thread. Cheers
D
