acoustics

Trying to sort the acoustic signature of my single car garage hc.
Bearing in mind its already plastered and has flooring in.
Need some advice regarding the following.
1. Laminate flooring down, lots of bass movment(Was going to carpet and possibly double underlay).
2. Ceiling is plaster board battened off huge concrete slabs for the second floor .(Something to stick on pboard?)
Sort out reflection on side walls(Mdf lined with foam and trimmed in black material square panels battened of walls for cabling etc, upto roughly ear level or all the way up).

Any ideas/ contacts for foam, material etc would be appreciated guys.
