Help with tv distribution

Help with tv distribution

HI
I wish to sort out my viewing arrangement and sote all my equipment in one place and be able to view i the content in any one location.
I have looked at the avlynx setup and it is very good, but i would like to ad data.
I am now considering the Windows Media centre as an option and i was looking for help in the view tv in more than one location using a tv tuner card sat & freeview.
Any suggestions or help or am i looking for too much?

This can be done using windows media center using a dual output tv card so you could then in essence then link it up to two screens. I think also with an sli setup you could then make this up to four TV's. Could also go down the route of DVI splitters and the like though to get 4 displays without needing another graphics card.

Only problem is im not sure windows allows you to show a duplicate screen on multiple screens using different resoloutions on each screen.

And if you do use a media center pc and do then add a TV/SAT Tuner then i see no problems as all TV's will be linked to the same PC so will have no problems showing content.

is it possible to distribute this to the other tv's using a network or cat5 cable?
I saw a show piece on the microsoft web site where they used extenders to distribute the content and all could work independently. but thes extenders are not available here yet

any recomends on tv cards, for sky + and freeview as well as terestrial
