Cables exiting walls (how to finish off)

What are you guys using to finish off holes where cables you have buried in walls have to exit? ie, making the hole look neat and tidy.

I'm using blanking plates to make speaker connectors that match the other sockets/switches in the room.

Have a look HERE.

The blanks are from screwfix, and the connectors from CPC.
