Well thats it, the plans have been approved & the warrant is here. Time to appoint a builder.
The new extension on its way.

I will be having a room 5m x 3m all for my AV pleasure.

Should hopefully be starting in the next 6 to 8 weeks giving the timescales from the builders.

I will keeps you's all upto date on progress.

PS if anyone has any cheap as in pennies av gear on the go then get in touch.

PPS I would appriecate any advise in the way of soundproofing this room on a budget.
