Distributing SKY

Would really appreciate some advice on this if possible. Currently have HD connected to main plasma via HDMI. Need to distribute the signal from the second sky box (multiroom) to other TV points around the house. The problem is that two of the other TVs are plasmas and from what I have read, distributing SKY pictures via a loftbox drastically reduces picture quality.

What is going to be the best way to distribute the SKY picture to the two plasmas in particular - not too worried about the other TV points.

Anyone have any advice in this area please?

Re: Distributing SKY

you use the second cat5e for audio you can send component + Digital audio over 1 cat5e for stereo audio you need a seperate balun and another Cat5 cable which is why you run 2 cat5 and 2 Coaxes
