Hi, I'm finishing off a diy subwoofer project this weekend and I think it would look quite smart if I could use socket head screws to mount the driver but I cannot find any anywhere!

There's loads of places to get socket head bolts but I need wood screws.

Any suggestions?

i know what u mean i think, i had a unit from mfi that i took apart and the screws were wood with an alen key shaped hole in the top, not sure if thats what u meant.

try the screwfix site and search for spax screws as some of them need a torx bit to fit them

ive just used normal woodscrews on the mdf units im making, dont see why he needs those for?

Thanks for the replies, jason those were what I was after but I need them in black (could always spray them when fixed though)

didnt know u were looking for the bolt style, ive just used normal screws and filled in any holes after.
looks good too.
