Advice on connecting DVD,VCR,SAT and TUNER

Guys, I'm trying to get my system up and running but am having problems getting sound out of the VCR playback.

Currently I have SAT box connected to TV and VCR. DVD is connected to DIGITAL TUNER. DIGITAL TUNER is connected to TV. All ok so far.

The DVD and VCR are both connected to TV via a multi scart box which also connects my XBOX 360. Sound is fine on TV, DVD and XBOX, all coming out of the speakers but the sound from the VCR will only come through the TV and not the TUNER?

Any ideas?

Your best bet is to kindly ask one of your mates to sit down with you some afternoon and sistematically work the problem out component by component. I'll try and make it over to you in the next few weeks my ole flower. Have the 360 warmed up.
