LCD TV Wallmount: what about cables

I have a new Sony KDL-40X2000 which I will soon hang on the wall using a wallmount. However, what with all the cables? Are there "tubes" that can handle them, if you've got 4-6 devices attached (scart, hdmi, component etc)? And don't they look ugly? Thanks
