where can i buy QED wallmount sockets?

why not make your own use a single blanking plate(something like maplins code hl86t) and wotever sockets you fancy,the plate will fit a standard electrical backbox or pattress and is easy to drill to accept the sockets,if you want something a bit smaller an electrical wholsaler should stock architrave blank plates and boxes

If you do want to go for the wall sockets, I can recommend them.

The ones for a single pair of banana plugs are about £14 and those for double (i.e. bi-wired speaker, or 2 single wired) are about £20.

I got mine from Audio Excellence in Gloucester. They're not surprisingly easy to install, though I did only just manage to get all of my QED Qudos original cable to fit into the connectors at the rear.

You can see the results at - Nick HC Room though i'm due to update these photos as i've now painted over the wall sockets and cables - and have clipped the cables to the walls.

The best idea is to use blancking plates and have the cables coming through holes in them. This avoids any extra unnessacery joins in the cable which deteriate the sound quality.
