New project (multi-room)

Hi guys,

Having successfully installed my own home cinema: http://www.avforums.com/forums/showt...ight=moviemike I've decided to sell up and move on.

I'm renovating a house from scratch and like the idea of installing a multiroom set-up. I'd like 4 zones and 2 sub-zones to start with. In the next couple of years I have a big extension planned (subject to planning permission), which will require another 2 sub-zones so I'd like something which will be scaleable.

What I'd really like to know is...
What is the most economical solution for my requirements? I want in-ceiling speakers, wallplates to control the system and a I'll need a music server to store my music collection.

I've had a chat with some dealers about the opus 500 and CA's incognito, and whilst I like the opus I can't justify paying 5K for a system. The incognito is better priced, but I don't know how good it is or if there's a better/cheaper option out there that I don't know about.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Mike

PS I'll obviously install another home cinema in the near future... but the rest of the house needs to be a priority!
