So what colour have you painte your Home Cinema rooms?

I'm just in the process of setting up my Home Cinema room at my new house and I'm at the point of trying to decide what colour to paint it.

I've found a great matt black that I like, but as the room is also technicaly my guest room I think a totaly black painted room might be a bit too much!

So what colours are you lot using? Or what would you recommend?

I think most members choose a dark matt color, I have chosen a darkish blue. The best place to check is the members gallery, in the forums tab. You can see the color of my HT by clicking on the link in my signature.

Ive gone for ice storm grey from Dulux, and the missus actually loves the darker ceiling, so much so that she bought some new seats in red to go, instead of the one in the picture

Also, check out Inzamans Chocolate suede room...

OOps, just seen the post above..

The matt black is Crown "Rebel" feature wall.

The deep red is Dulux Vinyl Silk made up by B&Q with a colour tint machine. The code is Morrocan Velvet 1 RR3. When it comes out the tin this stuff is bright purple. After drying it becomes a rich deep red. It took three coats to get the desired depth.

The skirting, door and radiator are painted with dulux eggshell of the same colour.
