Hi everyone,
This is my first post and I’d firstly like to say a massive thanks to all that contribute to this forum - I recently purchased my first home cinema system and the information, advice and suggestions from you guys made a huge contribution towards my decision of what to buy - so thanks!

Now that I have my system setup, I have a few questions that I hope someone can offer some advice on please…..
Due to tight enclosure space, my centre speaker is currently placed an inch above my receiver using ‘hard rubber discs’ designed for stacking hi-fi components.
a) The receiver gets pretty warm and therefore ‘heats’ up the centre speaker. Will this cause any damage to the speaker?
b) At louder volumes the centre speaker will vibrate and therefore resonating through to the receiver on which it is placed on top of. Will this cause any damage to the receiver?
c) Would ‘isolation cones’ be a better option that the current ‘hard rubber discs’ to separate the receiver/centre speaker? Where I can get these from?
Many thanks in advance!
