Connecting to LCD

Hello, new poster here. Is there a device that I can connect my Sky +, JVC home cinema and DVD recorder into and then only have a wire running from that device to the tv (wall mounted) to reduce the cables that have to go into the wall. Apologies if this is a dumb question. TV is a JVC LT-32C31.
