Serendipity

Just to pass a bit of advice to everyone, "don't be afraid to ask".

My wife and I have been looking for some full length curtains to finish off the screen look in the cinema. We didn't have much to spend ~£60 and we couldn't find exactly what we were after in the shops. Being very frustrated at work one day I looked at my colleagues opposite and said "I know this is a shot in the dark, but I don't suppose anyone has a pair of red full length curtains they don't want?". The guy opposite immediately said "Actually yes I do, from my old flat in Paris" He bought them in the next day, I fitted them in the cinema, paid him £10 and completed my screen project.

Don't be afraid to ask, you never know what you might find.
