What bolts do I need to use for my 37" Viera wall bracket? I know it's on here somewhere, but a search and reading through the first 10 pages has not brought anything up for me.

You want M8 Wall bolts. These can be bought from B & Q or any decent H/W place. They will also require a 14mm hole to be drilled, so make sure you have a decent drill bit.

I used 8 for my 42" PV500 in a 4 2 2 configuration:
