Cool Help a newbie get connected

Just treated myself to a Benq PE5120 for my garage conversion and am WELL impressed...best £399+vat i ever spent!!

But having a bit of a thick moment. Iv'e got a JVC home cinema control centre RX-ES1SL XV-N55SL which does the job pretty well and I want the projector to replace the TV.

Sky is currently SCARTED into the JVC system and the DVD is optical cabled in, then theres a SCART out to the TV. Can I simply get a SCART to RGB ?? is this the best way?? or would it be better to ues S video from the DVD to the projector and something else for Sky???

any advice much appreciated!

Steve
