Hiding wires with laminate floor...

Hi all,

Have looked and don't think anyone has asked this before, so here goes.

We've just bought a new house which I have convinced the mrs to make a basic cinema room in the second lounge. Problem being is that there is already laminate flooring down which we like, and don't want to take up. How would you recommend I run/hide my speaker cables as I obviously don't want them showing, but nor do I particularly want to start taking the floor up either.

Hope someone has some good ideas?!

Many Thanks,
Jamie

Hi Jamie, the easiest way would be to run trunking round on the top of your skirting board or depending on if the skirting sits ontop of your laminate floor you could take it off and chop cables in at low level then put skirting back!

Highly recommend this stuff (and this seller)

D line actually looks pretty decent and it's available in different sizes, colours and even wood finishes which may match your floor.
