False wall plans, diagram, and costs?

Right guys looking for some advice/help to make sure i get everything correct without any regrets afterwards

moved into my new place yesterday and am hoping to get a false wall built to accommodate my TV (mounted, dont want it recessed as i can see me going bigger than the current 46' soon) and an electric fireplace (to be recessed)

I want to have an av rack in the room next to the lounge where the false wall is to be built but looking for ideas on how to go about the whole thing

Actual photos so you get an idea

and my poor paintbrush skills to further explain!

any ideas or rough quotes on what something like this would cost to be done? false wall, and access to av cables from behind the tv based on my diagram?

cheers guys, hope it makes sense

That looks really cool. You must be very pleased with the finished product. Do you have any progress pics of the build?

Cheers buddy, I do have some photos, not sure how they will come out on here as they are from my phone but here goes:

This is the original layout, the previous owners had a small brick bar which I had knocked out and a stud wall put up to create a decent sized "office room" in which all my av equipement would be kept.

A false wall was built out from the existing alcoves and fireplace, all cables where then trunked inside this and lead into the office room ready to be plugged into the amp etc

This is where all the cables run through to the office / av rack room, speaker cables, HDMI (to tv and projector) and cat6 ethernets from each room/bedroom

I had the room painted light to make it feel more spacious, my old place I felt I had it too dark. There's only one set of patio windows in this room and they are a fair distance from the tv/projector screen, so accompanied with black out curtains this doesn't create any problems
