AV/Plasma near Window

I'm contemplating on putting my plasma and AV gear near a window - this will be garage conversion/refurbishment! The window itself is double-glazed and the room will be insulated well with one radiator. Does anyone else have a similar setup with gear near window?

Is there any real danger/concern from condensation?
