under stair build

Hi I posted once before and to be honest my post was a little flakey.
So anyway with life being what it is, I have thought of a design for my understairs and would like peoples opinion on my problem
This is what I have now

(sorry for pic taken on iphone)
And I would like it to look like this (btw wall colours are for demonstration only, other half would kill me if we had that for real)
under stair build-stair2.jpg
It will have a false wall to it, to allow greater hidden storage behind acessed by panel doors.
I want to achieve a high gloss white colour almost mirror if posssible to allow light to be reflected. The type you get at ikea IKEA | Bookcases | BESTÃ…/FRAMSTÃ…/INREDA storage system | BESTÃ… | Storage combination with doors
Its obvious that with the contours and slopes it wont be off the shelf
Does anyone know where I can get mdf vinal or melamine panels that I could cut to required shape and then edge the panels myself.
I could go plain mdf and spray, but I dont have the tools, room or expertise to spray these panels.
Hope people can help
