Home Cinema setup with most equipment in roofspace

I've been happy the past 5 years with my old Pioneer PDP504HDE (50") plasma, plus Onkyo receiver. Now I'm refurbing my place, and turning my living room into a bedroom, and vice versa, so that I can have one big open plan living area, I'm now thinking about a projector. Also, as I'm in a top floor flat, I have access to the roof space, so thinking of keeping everything there.

To give you an idea of my plan, here's a picture. I would have the couches as they are for normal day to day use, but woud slide them round with their backs to the window if we had a few people watching a movie. I'd probably leave them as they were for my normal view, and just lay lengthways.

I would clad the 1.6 metre wide chimney breast in plasterboard with a completely flat skim, followed by white projector paint.

With the exception of a games console (because unfortunately you still need access to put in physical media), everything will go in the attic. I would only want to see five ceiling mounted directional speakers, and a flip down mirror for the projector

So, I've a few questions:

1) Can anyone recommend good ceiling mounted directional speakers?
2) Same again for ceiling mounted mirror system for projector?
3) In terms of a games console (or two), what would be the tidiest way of connecting them? I'll have some power sockets and ethernet port on the wall to the left of the chimney breast. I'd like some kind of wall plate that take a few signal types up to the AV receiver in the attic.

Any other thoughts on the layout etc?

Ta

Marcos

I can't help too specifically, but take a look at this thread: http://www.avforums.com/forums/home-...uing-work.html
He has done a fantastic job of having amps and computers for multiple rooms installed in his loft.
