[BISHI]

I am preparing my cellar for conversion by kocking all the blown render and plaster off the wall. In the front chamber there is no degradation to the outside walls, only on the internal partition wall. I thought this was odd and when I tried to take the plaster off I found that these parts of the wall have been lined with breeze block. My question is should I just leave them as they seem to be doing a good job of keeping the moisture out - or should I risk damaging the blocks by trying to remove the plaster/render and tank/re render around these walls. ?
